2. Floor Plan Selection | Work with our New Home Consultants to choose a floor plan that best fits your lifestyle and family needs. |
3. Contract Signing | Sign the contract to initiate the process. Our Central Processing Center will begin pulling permits, getting blueprints, and ordering a land survey. |
4. Permit Approval | After the permit is approved, meet with your Construction Manager to review the build process. Construction begins shortly after. |
5. Portal Access | Stay informed about construction milestones via our online Portal. |
6. Design Selection | Personalize your home by selecting design options such as flooring, cabinets, and countertops. These choices are finalized during the contract process. |
7. Construction Completion | Upon completing construction, your Project Manager will walk through the home and create a punch list for any additional work needed. |
8. Closing | Choose your preferred closing option. Our recommended title company offers a full-service experience with exceptional customer service and financial security. |
9. Home Presentation | Finally, we have the honor of presenting you your dream home! |
