1. Financing Obtain financing and determine your buying power with guidance from our preferred lender.
2. Floor Plan Selection Work with our New Home Consultants to choose a floor plan that best fits your lifestyle and family needs.
3. Contract Signing Sign the contract to initiate the process. Our Central Processing Center will begin pulling permits, getting blueprints, and ordering a land survey.
4. Permit Approval After the permit is approved, meet with your Construction Manager to review the build process. Construction begins shortly after.
5. Portal Access Stay informed about construction milestones via our online Portal.
6. Design Selection Personalize your home by selecting design options such as flooring, cabinets, and countertops. These choices are finalized during the contract process.
7. Construction Completion Upon completing construction, your Project Manager will walk through the home and create a punch list for any additional work needed.
8. Closing Choose your preferred closing option. Our recommended title company offers a full-service experience with exceptional customer service and financial security.
9. Home Presentation Finally, we have the honor of presenting you your dream home!
From start to finish, buying from us, Altura Construction Group, provides an easy one stop shop in home buying! We not only build your home, but we guide you together with our preferred lender for your mortgage needs.
The buying process begins by obtaining financing and determining your buying power. Our preferred lender will be available to help guide the way. Once you’ve determined your buying power it is time to select the floor plans that fits your lifestyle. Our New Home Consultants will work with you to select the best floor plan for your family. Once your contract is signed, our Central Processing Center begins the behind-the-scenes work of pulling permits, getting blueprints, and ordering your land survey. Last step of the financing process is the closing. You have many choices for closing. Our preferred title company provides a full-service title company combining professional expertise, exemplary customer service, and strong financial security. Now, after the permit is approved you’ll meet with your Construction Manager to review the build process and soon after, construction begins. You’ll have access to our Portal so you can stay up to date on the construction milestones for your home. Finally, it is time to select design options such as flooring, cabinets, and countertops to personalize your home. All of your design option choices are part of the contract process. Upon completion of construction, your Project Manager will walk the home and create a punch list of any items requiring additional work.
