1. FinancingObtain financing and determine your buying power with guidance from our preferred lender.
2. Floor Plan SelectionWork with our New Home Consultants to choose a floor plan that best fits your lifestyle and family needs.
3. Contract SigningSign the contract to initiate the process. Our Central Processing Center will begin pulling permits, getting blueprints, and ordering a land survey.
4. Permit ApprovalAfter the permit is approved, meet with your Construction Manager to review the build process. Construction begins shortly after.
5. Portal AccessStay informed about construction milestones via our online Portal.
6. Design SelectionPersonalize your home by selecting design options such as flooring, cabinets, and countertops. These choices are finalized during the contract process.
7. Construction CompletionUpon completing construction, your Project Manager will walk through the home and create a punch list for any additional work needed.
8. ClosingChoose your preferred closing option. Our recommended title company offers a full-service experience with exceptional customer service and financial security.
9. Home PresentationFinally, we have the honor of presenting you your dream home!
